What Information We Collect

Roma Dash is a free-to-play social casino that requires no account or registration. We collect minimal personal data:

• Technical data: IP address (anonymised), browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent — collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics for performance monitoring.
• Contact data: If you email us, we hold your name, email address, and message content for as long as needed to resolve your query.
• Cookie and storage data: We use a cookie-consent preference and an age-gate acknowledgement stored locally. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

We do not collect payment card data, bank details, or any financial information. Roma Dash does not process real-money transactions of any kind.

How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to: keep the site running securely; understand how visitors use our games (aggregated, not individual profiling); respond to support queries; and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated individual decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for up to 30 days in aggregated form. Support emails are kept for up to 12 months after resolution, then deleted. Cookie preferences are stored on your device until you clear them.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; request correction or deletion; object to processing; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
